The Returns
Return conditions
You have a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal and get a refund.
This right of withdrawal may be exercised provided that the returned products meet all of the following criteria:
- They must not have been worn
- They must not have suffered any damage
- They must be returned in their original packaging
- They must be complete and in the same condition as when delivered
To prevent products from being damaged during return transit, items must be protected by returning them in their original packaging or in a rigid cardboard box. Any product delivered in a protective cover must be returned inside its cover. HAS Otherwise, your refund will be refused.
The return costs by Mondial Relay amount to €5, are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount refunded, if available in your country.
For countries not eligible for Mondial Relay, return costs are the same as delivery and/or can be sent by the carrier of your choice at your expense with tracking and signature.
If the items ordered do not suit you, you will be refunded on the same means of payment used for the purchase. We do not make exchanges or credits.
